I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.
