Audi Mechanicsburg at Sun Motor CarsReviews
Audi Mechanicsburg at Sun Motor Cars review
From Jon Yetter to service techs, this is a great team. My service writers, Jamie and Derek have always been the best examples of customer focus but on this visit, I had some issues related to the high level AI quality of my Q5, that Jon personally took the time to explain to me how to solve the matter after the service people did their usual first-class job with the diagnostic check. Just the best experience all the way around. Well done, Sun Audi.
2025 Audi Q5 review

Koons Toyota Of Westminster review
Joann Virgillo was absolutely amazing in every way professional and personal. I feel she worked as our advocate to identify what our needs and wants were as much as she represented the dealership. She is a no pressure salesperson that gave us time alone to think about the purchase. No hovering. Fastest car purchase I ever made. When we sell our other car we will be back here asking for JoAnn. I cannot say enough positive about her.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc.Reviews
Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I had a great experience working with Hernan at Autohaus Lancaster. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made buying my new SQ8 incredibly easy. I was out of town for most of the transaction, but Hernan Diaz-Egg handled everything remotely, kept me updated, and got me the trade-in value I was hoping for. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the entire process was quick and efficient. No surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time. The level of communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Hernan and the team at Autohaus Lancaster.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

CarMax Nashville review
A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.
