Audi Naperville review
Scott Woolsey did a wonderful job of guiding me through the process of purchasing the car. He made sure that any questions I might have were answered. Would certainly want to work with Scott on any future purchase.
2023 Audi Q5 review
A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2025 Audi Q5 review
I bought a 2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. This is my 6th Audi. I couldn't be more pleased with this car so far of 3500k miles.

Star Auto WorksReviews
Star Auto Works review
The best dealer experience I’ve ever had, fast honest and straight to the point. They really go out of their way. My salesman Byron, was very professional, courteous and honest, no pressure, no bull, just accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, if there were an option for 10 stars, I would have gave them that. Thanks to Byron and Star Auto Works. I’ll definitely be back.
2020 Audi Q5 review
Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Star Auto WorksReviews
Star Auto Works review
They worked with me and were so friendly, good people to work with, also good cars.
2020 Audi Q5 review
The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.

CarMax LexingtonReviews
CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
2016 Audi Q5 review
I had no problems with this vehicle at all. It had a real nice feel when driving and the heated seats were appreciated in the winter.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
