Purchased a Tesla recently. Sale was easy, staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The cars at Authobahn are of superior quality and very clean.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

He took his time explaining everything regarding the vehicle and answered any questions my family and I had. He is extremely professional but also has a humorous side, which made the entire process even better. He was very understanding and helped us find the right car that worked with our budget. This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! I just purchased a beautiful certified Audi Q7 Premium plus with cold weather with low miles from this dealership ans I had an outstanding experience with Joe Joyce , Bill Tulloch and Stephen Kaczmarek , the entire crew rock for sure , very low pressure atmosphere, down to earth and amazing clean inventory, I got a good deal and a great rate , thank you again for a wonderful car buying experience, I will be back for another vehicle for sure

I needed to buy a new tire due to a puncture caused by a nail in the shoulder of the tread. The parts department said they couldn?t buy a replacement tire, that the model was no longer made, they couldn?t find one locally so I had to source and purchase a tire, not drop ship it to them but send it to me so I could bring it to them for the repair. I find the situation unacceptable, particularly since a few months ago I needed a tire and everything was as I expect from a premier dealership. They aren?t the only show around but I will willingly return for any needs as they are an excellent service dealership that far outweighs one subpar parts department employee.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, we experienced outstanding service! George, our salesman, answered every question, guided us along the process, and stayed on top of each step so we were able to experience a seamless sale! We traveled over an hour to get to this dealership and it was worth the drive! great service and easy transaction, Tim was great and knowledgeable on the Audi Q7 that was purchased. car is running fantastic already put 400 miles on it in the first couple days on a family road trip and had zero issues with the car, this company kept in contact with me after the purchase to make sure everything was to satisfaction, will do business with again.

Most of my dealings were with Chan. He kept me updated throughout the process without putting any pressure on me to buy or not to buy. I finally did purchase a2020 Fiat 124 spider Abarth. The car is everything Chan said it was. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Booked an appointment for Audicare maintenance and state inspection. Linda met me at the drop-off. Then I headed to the waiting area for a cup of coffee. When I was waiting, I received a short video from Nick, who serviced my car. That was the best video i terms of details and clarity. After that, Linda wrote up the summary of the service and gave advice about tires. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxed visit with Audi Natick.

Was very pleased with the Audi dealer and Audi of america taking care and repairing my MMI control module. My service advisor denise Ferreiras was considerate and more than helpful in helping through this delemma. Danny the manager also was kind enough to deal with the mfg in the costs of the problem
