Excellent experience. Tony and Richie made my daughter and I very comfortable with the purchasing experience! Professional and courteous!
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

Have service done at Crown Mercedes Benz for 5 years. My personal service advisor is Dave Kolher. He has consistently provided excellent professional, helpful, and reliable interaction, making sure that I have a loaner , if needed, and prompt and efficient quality care for the vehicle. Will buy my next vehicle from Crown, due in significant part to Dave’s capable work.

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!

Germain Volkswagen of Westerville review
Great sales rep (Susie Opare), new facility, and location. We enjoyed working with Susie and her follow up was very good - sharing cars that were available and in the style we were interested in. We bought a different make mainly based on Consumer Reports. The VW's were rated much lower than other brands we were looking at.
