Loved my new professional experience with Simon S. at West Houston Subaru. We were his 3rd sell that day and made him a Hero with sales. Honestly, he was our hero, as he took such fabulous care of us so close to closing time. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Took care of all of the paperwork, and made car shopping very easy! Extremely responsive as well.

We recently went in to trade in our smaller car for a new one to upgrade on space and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Every question was answered to a T and we were in and out quite faster than I thought we would be as they were very willing to work with us on pricing and were very responsive and respectful. After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

I was out of state, worked with a great salesman Gustavo who answered all my questions and concerns. Put a down payment to hold it and drove in to pick it up. Great experience and communication with e everyone there.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

I absolutely love my Q7! It is a wonderful vehicle that provides comfort, safety and exceptionality all in one! I can not imagine driving anything other than an Audi and I am forever loyal to the brand!
