Martin Carbajal, internet sales was amazing. He even offered to bring the car to me when he found I was injured from a wreck. The car I found at this dealership, through cars.com, was pretty much what I was looking for to replace my totaled car. Once I requested additional information about the car, Martin reached out to me. He was always very pleasant, courteous and professional. I never questioned the car, the dealership or Martin's integrity. However, the dealership was over an hour away, on the other side of Houston, from me. But they did have a car I was interested in. Over about a period of about 2 weeks, Martin would check in with me every 3 days or so. Absolutely no pressure and complete understanding for the reasons I couldn't make it to the dealership; usually Dr/medical tests related, and there was that crazy rain. During the time Martin and I were communicating, my husband was out searching locally. We were at the point where we had to get out of the rental and replace my car, when I told Martin that I was afraid, the trip and the typical buying experience would just be too much for me. That is when he told me he would bring the car and paperwork to me! Wow, I really hope the dealership appreciates him! My husband did in fact find a car at a local dealer. We decided to go ahead and move forward with it. It certainly wasn't as close to having one delivered to your driveway, but I was able to check all the boxes. I honestly hated that I didn't get to meet Martin and work with him, in person. I know he was disappointed, but didn't show it and was very professional and understanding about my personal situation. So I can't say much about the dealership other than it seemed to me, they had a good selection of pre-ownwed cars and they are smart enough to hire some great sales associates. Make sure you specifically ask for Martin Carbajal when looking for your next car! He will treat you right.
