I just asked a question about 1 particular car. The person who called was polite, not pushy, knew something about the car, and answered my question. All I needed.

Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

These guys are professional and they are great I live 90 miles west of ftworth and they got my car to me in 2 days and it was pouring down rain the car was every thing plus I expected great experience !!!!!! Thanks to all guys at Velocity

Amazing experience with Alex Naugle at BMW of Peoria! From the moment I walked in the door, until I left with a new car, they were knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent! They offered to do a few things to the car and even included and super nice loaner while I was waiting on my car. By far the best experience I have had with a Car Dealership. They answered all our questions about the cars we test drove, the feature differences, the warranty details.
