I had the best buying experience with Nhat!! He was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. His colleague Jeff was just as amazing. Although someone in finance called out that day, another person was in labor which left one finance rep who was in training and the other rep spread pretty thin and took longer than it should have it was Nhat and Jeff who made my vehicle purchase a class act event! I also brought my car back a few days later with concerns and Molina my service advisor was fantastic. While I can’t speak for everyone’s experience I can tell you mine was A++++, top notch, and trust me as someone in their 50s who has purchased plenty of cars in their lifetime I did lots of research and test drove quite a few cars from Olympia all the way to Everett and everywhere between. My 2nd visit back to autonation for the same vehicle sealed the deal and I am beyond happy with my decision, my purchase and the exceptional service from Nhat and Jeff. If I could give 10 stars I would! I did not go in to buy a high end car (trust me, they have some amazing ones!) but they treated me with the respect that I may have well been buying one. They weren’t pushy at all and unbelievably helpful. Jake, Chase, and Dusty were very helpful and made the experience great. Knox was my hero through it all, my situation needed some time and attention and he was not there the whole way but battled for me and gave me advice throughout. If I ever win the lottery, I would go in just to buy one of their high end cars as a thank you alone, much less the fact that their inventory is incredible!
2014 Audi S4 review
Replacing my A4, 8.5 years ago, I love the increase of power. Although somewhat stiff, I leave the chassis setting in Dynamic unless the Michigan roads become unbearable in the Spring. And, switching to winter tires when the snow hits allows spirited driving even during the winter. Best car I've owned.

2015 Audi S4 review
With respect to drive comfort the car lacks what the audi a4 has personified, comfort. Although where it lacks in day to day comfort more than makes up for it in raw power. The acceleration, cornering, braking and total performace are unmatched in comparison from A4 to S3. With respect to price wise, the cpo price was unbeatable for a sports car. All in all i absolutely love the car and would have made the switch 10 out of 10 times.

Highly recommend this dealership. From my first call to the end I was treated extremely well.. Every effort was taken to ensure I was treated well. Showed up for test drive and was able to put the truck through some good areas to see how it did . No pressure sales at all . When I mentioned buying a used vehicle always came without knowing what would happen down the road. I was limited to amount of money & so they made sure to roll a Service warranty through a company & still meet my price available. Although I wasn’t able to finance due to my own personal financial circumstances. They respected my decision. Highly recommended you give them a call and talk to them about your options and see if they can help put you in a decent used vehicle. I will be going back when I am ready to be able to purchase a used vehicle from them.
2015 Audi S4 review
This car has met my needs related to performance in a sports sedan. The only downside I’ve experienced is when buying a new Audi, option upgrades are significantly overpriced compared to other cars in its class on the market.
