Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I've drive both the Mercedes c43 Amg and the bmw 340i which I think are this car's competition and I'd still have this as my overall pic.

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. Gianna was patient and even drove to our home after business hours so that papers could be signed to make this dream a reality! Thanks to Gianna I finally have my dream car! I would definitely work with her again.

I can write an entire diatribe about this car but I'll keep it simple! If you are looking for a luxury, convertible, look no further than the S5 cabriolet. I looked at the C43, M440i, this car, IMO, is the BEST value for the money! It is an absolute beast in the performance department, the options that come with this car for the price are unmatched and of course every single detail is perfectly executed!

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. As first time buyers we were very comfortable and would highly recommend this dealership, TJ, and Rod. I will be back when I need another car!

Very pleased with scheduling and the service provided. Very clear explanation of the work to be performed for our first service of the new car, the 5000 mile service. We had just under 5000 miles. She was always very courteous, even when I was not. 4. She was extremely patient during the money transfer process. As a result I was able to purchase the vehicle. 5. The car was exceptionally clean. It ran very smoothly on the 1,600 mile trip to Colorado. I 6. I have been purchasing cars since 1962. Alicia is the best salesperson I have dealt with, bar none. 7. Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

I have a 2013 , 350 RX and I have ONLY taken it to Lexus of Ann Arbor all these years…. I have never had a problem with this wonderful car and I think it’s due in large part to keeping it well maintained by Lexus of Ann Arbor. The service people are great and the service is done in a timely manner!

Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.
