Went in to get my 2018 Chevy Tahoe serviced as it was having some issues. The repair ended up being more than we were anticipating and we had been needing a truck so my husband started looking. I had a scheduled appointment to have mudguards placed on my Genesis GV70. I had spoken with a parts person a week prior to get the estimate. When the time came for payment, the bill total was almost double the estimate. Patrick handled it all very professionally and with grace. They ended up honoring my phone quote.
