I dropped my car off with a dead battery. I had no appointment. The service rep was very nice, I received an estimate by phone, then picked my car up the same afternoon. It is running just fine now. I bought my hybrid Accord at Germaine Honda and have enjoyed great service support.

Mine is a 2018 Tornado Grey Competition Package, purchased CPO with about 33k miles. Other than a malfunctioning control module that was replaced under warranty it’s been flawless. The combination of comfort, ride, power, mileage, and styling is superb. Now with 66k miles I love it more than ever, and plan to keep for many years to come.

Purchased this with only 5000 miles on it from Audi dealer whose sales person was original owner. Agree with the previous review about what a great car this is. The comparable BMW M series and Mercedes AMG have even more muscle and more growl, but this car has much better everyday comfort and style and still is a tiger in performance RS mode. I get 0 to 60 in 3.6 secs with good tires. I have a 2018 S5 Sportback which I prefer for longer highway drives where its softer ride, better cargo space and economy, but extra power when you need it, are an advantage, but the 2021 (minimally changed for 2022) RS5 is my fun car and what I take for road rallies in the mountains and for HPDEs on the track. 2.9L twin turbo is a marvel with more HP and torque that older V8 RS5 models. Both cars have been very reliable. Great Audi tech, of course, with impeccable interior, awesome B&O audio system and the recently government approved LED-laser matrix headlamps.

The staff was so professional, the buying process was quick and they worked quickly to get you the vehicle you wanted. Amazing service and they explained everything. It took me and my wife 3 hours to drive out there but it only took us 25 minutes to get the vehicle and go home. It was a pleasure working with you guys!

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.

First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. Amazing car. Fast, luxurious cruiser with ample amounts of space! Unique styling makes it a head turner! Interior is very comfortable and functional, and the touch screens are very intuitive to learn.

Excellent fast, in and out no hassle, understood exactly what we needed! Had a flat tire, drove over a pothole and a nail punctured my tire, had to place a spare went to dealer and they fixed it within 24-48hrs.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
