My wife and I looked and looked for a car near or below 10k with decent mileage. Pary’s had what looked like the car; a 2014 Chevy Sonic. They showed it to us over FaceTime before we came down. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They wouldn’t haggle but the price was already good. they are family owned. We spoke with the father, the adult daughter Pary (dealers namesake), and the young adult son. They are all super nice. The car is driving really well and we are very pleased. I flew out to Dallas from Indianapolis the day after Christmas 2024 to look at and possibly purchase a 2016 Jaguar XJLR. The 550 Hp version of these cars are hard to find. This car had a CarFax history but still had a clean title. Karen and Mohammed fully disclosed any and all issues prior to my trip out to see it. I asked Mohammed to personally drive the car for a few days before the holidays to ensure there were no issues with the car. Once I arrived, the car was up on a two post lift where I could perform my own inspection of the car. One of the technicians went with me for a one hour plus test drive. I put the car through it's paces and it performed well. Mohammed and the team went out of their way to settle any of my concerns which all of them were very minor in nature. I drove the car 1,100 miles straight through back to Indianapolis that night and early the next day with no issues at all. I waited until the warranty expired to write this review. I normally do not trust dealers and what they tell you. I do feel that they will stand behind any warrarty items during the warrarty perios. Most dealers will tell you anything to sell you a car. I found Karen, Mohammed and the entire finance / maintenance team more than accomadating. So much so that when I need another car, I will happliy fly from indianapolis back to Dallas to purchase another car from them! 5 Stars to the entire Precision Auto team!!

I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience. From the moment I began working with Pete Restivo, I knew that I wanted to make my purchase with him, and do business with Five Star Ford. Each time I stopped by, I was treated well by everyone that I interacted with, my time was considered, I never felt pushed to make the purchase, only supported in getting all the facts to make the decision. I do not leave a lot of reviews, and take it seriously when I do and I would absolutely recommend Pete Restivo and Five Star Ford to anyone interested in checking out a new Ford.

Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.
