I got a nail in my tire and was stranded with no way to work. Luckily I had Roaside service and warranty for my tires. I had my car towed to Audi Fort Myers and experienced fantastic service! Brian Bement is absolutely fantastic?proactive, responsive, incredibly helpful, and always brings such positive energy. He made the entire process seamless, and I?ll definitely be making him my go-to service advisor moving forward. Luke, the driver, was equally impressive. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I no sooner left the dealership than the idiot light came on notifying me the tge tire pressure was wrong! They also used to wash the car before returning it.

I was having the car shipped to a different location and he oversaw the process. Great follow up with the shipper to have difficulty of drivers. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?
