The car meets my needs for the next few years. I’m happy with the handling and the gas mileage so far. I’m satisfied with all the features and the car is comfortable and easy to drive.

My Infinity was overdue for a thorough inspection. This dealership had discount coupons as well as a valet service to pick it up and return it. I received the results of the inspecton with recommended needs. I was able to pay online. It was as easy a process as I could hope for. A couple of things I needed was not done. When delivering a second vehicle to me, the mechanic finished in about 10 minutes. Javier was wonderful to work with as well as the valet service and the mechanics. Thank you for helping me accomplish necessary services.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

I've bought several cars throughout my life and this dealership was the most laid back, non pushy, quick paced most efficient dealership I've ever dealt with. Shawn was amazing and patient. Never asked for anything extra (more of a down payment) like other salesmen have in the past. He was so patient and allowed me to take the car across town to show and talk with my husband prior to buying ( even went extra because I missed the exit :)...) Bought used and owned for over a year now and this car is amazing! smooth ride, great fuel economy, luxurious and very well crafted. I have been in an accident with this car and it held up very well and is a super sporty yet safe and practical car. 10/10 would recommend!!

He really listened to me, and asked me the things that were most important to me. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn’t an Infiniti. Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

Great little car for zipping around town and curvy roads. The performance it delivers is outstanding and handling is like a slot car ...very tight. Shifting is smooth and impressive and love the audible exhaust sound...this car is FUN.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

The dealership is excellent, the staff very attentive. I had a great experience. They give full pricing up front with no hidden fees; none of the "dealership, manager's new boat, owner's third vacation home fees." While this is nice for transparency, it does make it difficult if you are someone who wants to negotiate your price. The staff were very low pressure, making for a pleasant experience.

The way car buying should be! Great deal snd easy process.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

We've been searching hard for a new car for our new 16yr old and ended up as Asay auto. Although we didn't end up finding the 'right' car for her there, the customer services was really great. We worked with them for a couple of weeks to try to find the 'right' car and Jason stayed in touch with us throughout the process. Leon was also great in helping us try to get what we wanted. We appreciated all that they did for us!

The car is the size I want but lacks navigation and other features that are in most 2019 autos. Tiny glove department and storage space.
