From the moment I arrived, until my post service sWashed car, all aspects of my service appointment were excellent: Greeters at the door, car info delivered to the service consultant, discussions regarding just what was involved in my service( since it was complimentary), and return of car just adjacent to the service area, after it was washed, everything was Excellent. Mr. Catena , owner, provides his customers with great service from the buying/leasing experience, thru the service, and finally the return/Trade in of the vehicle. That???s why this is my third lease with one of Mr. Catena???s products.
This was my first time buying an Audi car. Marc was an amazing sales man, not only his courteous manner but also his knowledge in regards to the Audi Q7. It was a great experience working with Gateway. I had gone to several dealers and felt like the dealers were forcing a sale and then harassing me via telephone. Andrew answered all of my questions and then stepped back to let me decide and had me call him when I was ready. The purchase was seamless and Jay was laid back and professional.
I saw a used car online and called and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Mark Slattery. He was so helpful with all my questions I asked and I went down that night and purchased the car and he was so very friendly and helpful just like on the phone. He also has followed up after the sale to see if everything was ok. Definitely would purchase another car from him.
