Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.
2024 Audi RS 6 Avant review
This car obviously speaks for itself. Eye catcher. Great handling and performance. Huge trunk and comfortable passenger and back seat. Huge breaks. Super small turning radius. Wish Audi included service with the car. I think competitors (BMW M5) is cheaper. Overall love the car.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – This Is How Car Buying Should Be Car buying has traditionally been stressful and no fun — but Audi Stratham is the complete opposite. I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. That contrast says everything. Amazing experience with Kyle Wood and the entire Audi Stratham team. 2021 Audi RS 6 Avant review
A car with two distinct personalities : by default, it will shuttle people in silence and comfort. Push a button, it’ll drop 3 gears, open the exhaust valves, and become the nightmare of anyone at the stop light.

At the end of July I brought my nephew to find a car. He picked out a 2012 RAV4. We had the opportunity to deal with both brothers, Andrey & Dmitriy and let me tell you they were both courteous and honest. There were some things wrong with the RAV4, but that was not a problem for them. We picked it up the next day and it was perfect! They told us, any problems, you come back. The AC stopped working. We went back and they ordered the part which happened to be the AC sensor. They replaced it, no problem and no charge. I would definitely go back and buy another car.

Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.
