Land Rover Hilton Head review
As we were leaving Hilton Head for home, we brought our Land Rover LR4 to the Hilton Head dealership because we were expericening what we thought was an engine problem. Upon entering the service center we were met by the nicest and most customer service oriented agent, Dana, who helped us beyond measure. The service team did a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and couldn't find the problem despite several tests. When we decided to have the car hauled back home, requiring us to spend the night, Dana arranged to provide us a loaner vehicle for the night and also arranged for a rental car with the affiliated Hertz agency for the next morning. The combination of the kindness, service, and hospitality of everyone from the service team to the sales persons to the general manager was an out of the ordinary positive experience (compared to other dealer experiences). This dealership has figured out the secret sauce for treating people well!

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.
