My Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I was in need of a used car. Obviously everyone wants to get a great deal so in order to do that the typical procedure would be to start scanning used car ads, the internet, calling dealers, looking through the newspaper, etc.. It was by accident that I found Carvana and I am so glad that I did. This time, I could go "used car shopping" completely from home and I could examine every car available, of which there were many, many cars, and I could look at the outside, the inside, the details of the outside and inside, the reports on the car- knowing what type of service has been done-accidents-anything, and then go through each and every feature that the car has. Being able to do this from home on my time and at my pace made the "looking for the car" simple, fun, and rewarding. Then, after finding the ideal vehicle for me, it was such a simple, easy, and actually fun process to put the car on hold, get all the paperwork in, and then have the vehicle delivered to my home. In the past I would have made two or three trips to a dealership and then spent HOURS going over paperwork, plus I would have had to endure the inevitable offers the finance manager would try to sell me when I finally got to sign papers. NONE of that happened with Carvana. I found the vehicle I wanted, put it on hold, filled out the paperwork and emailed it in, and the car was delivered to my home!! It was a fantastic experience!! Ordering a car off the internet was as easy as ordering a pair of pants! The best part was there was ABSOLUTELY NO RISK! Carvana gave me 7 days to drive the car, look it over, have it checked, whatever I wanted to do to be sure it was what I wanted and that I liked it before I actually owned it. If, for any reason, I decided I didn't want this car I could have Carvana pick it up no questions asked. If I had found a different car that I liked better, no problem. Carvana would let me change to a different car. After I decided to keep the car, Carvana provided an additional warranty at no charge so Carvana took all of the worry about purchasing a vehicle. During the time prior to taking delivery, I called Carvana a few times as I am one who asks a lot of questions and EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED, CARVANA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE FABULOUS!! THEY WORKED AS HARD TO ASSIST ME AS THEY WOULD HAVE FOR THEIR OWN FAMILY!! In my 66 years on this planet, I've dealt with many kinds of people and I can tell you without any hesitation that Carvana is doing everything they could possibly do as a company to make sure their customers are satisfied and have an excellent experience. I can tell you that my experience was definitely excellent and I already have highly recommended them, and will continue to recommend them in the future. If and when my next car purchase occurs, I'll be calling Carvana!!
