I went in for service on a issue that my service rep Barbara was determined to fix replace and make this car perfect. The entire service department makes you feel like friends. They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. I bought a 2018 991.2 Carrera S in Guards Red from them. The car had been in a slight accident with damage to the right front fender. They showed me the before and after repair pictures and the car fax indicating the damage. Car has only 9k miles, looks, rides and sounds great. I saved over 18k compared to similar elsewhere. Michael initially showed me the car and Emily seamlessly closed the deal. Turned out to be a great experience and deal for me.
