First of all, I am 80 years old, live in North Carolina, and was not able to visit dealership. My experience with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando was exceptional, especially dealing thru Navin over the last couple of weeks for a used vehicle. Received the vehicle today and it was in pristine condition. I was a little concerned at first, about buying a used vehicle without actually visiting the dealership in person. Navin put my mind at ease, and my decision to go forward with the purchase of this vehicle was because of all the photos that he sent, his very professional attitude in answering all my concerns and questions. At this point, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for his input in me making my decision. I had been searching, for months, this particular vehicle, in this particular color and have had bad experiences with other dealers during this search. I finally found the right one in Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando and in "Super Salesman", Navin. My wholehearted thanks to both! If I ever need another vehicle, without visiting dealership, I will definitely go back to this dealership and Navin! Again, this vehicle is awesome !!!

Mandal GMC and Buick has got their act together! Their service team is all over it - I give Sussie a shout out for your help! I give Ray my Super Man Mechanic that gets it right every time and if something goes wrong he is right there to stand behind his work and make it right! No arguments just how can I help - how can we make it work Mr or Mrs. Not only that they take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle! This team is focused, emphatic, and passionate about what they do (taking care of the customer). I can?t say enough! I thank God for guiding me to the team and to Mandal GMC and Buick. My 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ, 4x4, with a 6.2 liter has over 350,000 miles on it - it still has the original motor, transmission and drivetrain; but not the original tires, brakes or oil (those things gotta be changed you know - it is called upkeep). My truck still runs like or better than it did the day I bought it brand new! I?m grateful to have met this group of people that Love what they do - helping peoplej Oh great Coffee!

This is my second time doing business here and everyone was helpful and was treated very well .I tried to buy at a dealer in Fort Walton and they treated me like ai couldn’t buy a car on there lot ..I will be a return customer even with the two hour drive to Tallahassee

My wife and I purchased a CX9 at Hiley Mazda of Hurst in December of 2021. It was a great experience. I took the vehicle in for a recall item today and had the best experience ever from a service department. The service advisor was Sixtos Rodriguez. He is amazing at customer service. Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! He's not "just another car salesman" .. he's honest and helpful and gives great customer service!
