Decided to check this charity auction dealer and see how it works. To my surprise it was fun and seamless with the speed and ease to bid on any cars you may consider to buy. After all was said and done, we got a very nice 2001 Toyota Avalon that seems to be in very good condition still and rides real smoothly. Small mechanical repairs, but nothing that broke the pocket book and as expected for a car over 200K miles on it. Still a great way to buy something for cheap and a great ride. Take that Chance. I'll be back again and again and again.!!

Purchased a used car. It had issues before and after purchase, but the owner stepped up and sent car to his mechanic. I recommend their mechanic, CJP Auto Repair in Thousand Oaks - Justin and Chris. They thoroughly addressed my car issues and communicated their findings quickly. All were addressed and they assured me my purchase was a good one. Regan Motors, Troy, Antonio and Jimmy made a bad situation better. They paid the $170 in needed repairs and now I feel better. I would recommend them to others, but always be proactive in your purchase. Check everything in the car- lights, A/C, locks, seatbelts, brakes, wipers...before you buy.
Joseph and Avi were very helpful and honest when I came to purchace my ML550. Its great that they offer a waranty and answered all my questions. They were staightforward and made me feel comfortable. They have a nice inventory of quality vehicles. I would recommend Pacific Luxury Motors any time !
The sales person was very friendly and helpful. They had the car I was looking for, but during the test drive, it developed problems that were not a reflection on the repairs they are responsible for. I would recommend them if I were asked.
The over all experience was great. I bought my Ford Expedition from Blok in Nov. 2016. They were up front cars are sold as is and they gave us plenty of time to look at them. I did my research and got all price information their website. I also viewed all their cars online. I Knew that I wanted a SUV and that os had to have 3 rows. They made it easy lookinv throuh the cars online. They gave a list of all the cars which made it very easy for me to oranganize my choices. When the auction started i was very nervious but there was one auctionier that made it fun and he was easy to understand for the most part. I over bid a little on the 1st car I wanted because I did not relize how fast the auctionier jumped up the price. They just talk so fast. But i stopped on that one and waited for my next car on my list. I was very happy when I got it. It had a few minor issues but it is a used car you have ro expect that. After fixing those small things i enjoy my new used car. Staff was nice and explained everything very clear. We are going to be making another trip to. Buy a car for my daughter soon
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!
This dealership is top notch!!! They really went out of their way to make sure that I purchased a car that I was comfortable with. Great suggestions and advice but never pushy.
