Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. When my lease was up, buying this car was a no-brainer! The residual was less than the car is currently worth. This car has held up extremely well the past three years with little to no maintenance. It's deceptively agile, fast, super smooth and quiet, has a strong engine that sips gas, and looks amazing inside and out. The live cockpit instrument cluster is outstanding, likely the best in the industry. Elegant interior with all the right finishes. Love the heated seats. Ambient lighting is top notch, like I'm in a spacecraft. The 2019 car hit the mark from a design point, engine performance, and overall comfort. The engine hasn't changed in four years (and counting). The new long curved display on the 2023 330i is awkward. It looks cheap, like a BMW afterthought add-on. Stick to the 2019-2022 versions. If you can get a 2019. It's like having the lowest-cost house in a very expensive neighborhood where everyone wants to live. You won't regret it.

Bought a used 330i xdrive with only 10,000 miles on it. Found it on cars.com. I have now driven it 2000 miles and absolutely love it. Fantastic combination of performance, fuel economy, comfort, functionality, style and fun. The real gas mileage is even better than advertised. I also considered Audi A4, but the BMW beat it in every category. The interior design also feels much nicer. The A4 is more just like a plain upscale VW while the BMW feels more special and has more personality.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
