Car Factory Outlet Miami review
I’m a first-time buyer, so I had a lot of questions. They took the time to explain the financing options and gave me all the information I needed. I found the car I was looking for and felt very comfortable with the process. I’m coming back Monday with my parents to hopefully buy it!

Hennessy PorscheReviews
Hennessy Porsche review
I’ve purchased multiple Porsches from Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta—over $1,000,000 in vehicles—and I keep coming back for one reason: Tito and Michael Carvajal. Tito is my number-one salesperson; he always understands what I’m looking for and finds the exact cars I want. Michael is the best finance manager this store could have—professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Both Tito and Michael treat me with respect, make the buying process effortless, and deliver a true five-star experience every time. If you want outstanding service, contact Tito and Michael Carvajal at Hennessy Porsche North Atlanta. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else without them. Diversity and professionalism matter, and I’m grateful Hennessy has these two exceptional team members

Great service all the way! Chris (& Carsten) took very good care of me. Really appreciated.
2019 BMW 330 review
Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

Carlux FTLReviews
Carlux FTL review
My family and I had so many questions, of course wanting to make the right decision for our daughter and her first car. I would like to apologize to Mila Because she was extremely helpful, answered one of my phone calls even after hours and made us feel as comfortable as possible to make the right decision. One of the most funniest, great sense of humor, very smart female in the car industry I have met. I totally forgot that I was calling and asking about a car I literally thought I was talking to a best friend she makes you feel so comfortable.

Bravo Nissan of Duarte review
My experience at Bravo Nissan in Duarte was a good one. Our car salesman Alex Monte was great. He made us feel comfortable and not pressure to buy a new car. I like how attentive he was with us. We are in love with our new vehicle. Thank you and I will be recommending to family and friends.
2019 BMW 330 review
When my lease was up, buying this car was a no-brainer! The residual was less than the car is currently worth. This car has held up extremely well the past three years with little to no maintenance. It's deceptively agile, fast, super smooth and quiet, has a strong engine that sips gas, and looks amazing inside and out. The live cockpit instrument cluster is outstanding, likely the best in the industry. Elegant interior with all the right finishes. Love the heated seats. Ambient lighting is top notch, like I'm in a spacecraft. The 2019 car hit the mark from a design point, engine performance, and overall comfort. The engine hasn't changed in four years (and counting). The new long curved display on the 2023 330i is awkward. It looks cheap, like a BMW afterthought add-on. Stick to the 2019-2022 versions. If you can get a 2019. It's like having the lowest-cost house in a very expensive neighborhood where everyone wants to live. You won't regret it.

2019 BMW 330 review
Bought a used 330i xdrive with only 10,000 miles on it. Found it on cars.com. I have now driven it 2000 miles and absolutely love it. Fantastic combination of performance, fuel economy, comfort, functionality, style and fun. The real gas mileage is even better than advertised. I also considered Audi A4, but the BMW beat it in every category. The interior design also feels much nicer. The A4 is more just like a plain upscale VW while the BMW feels more special and has more personality.

Puente Hills FordReviews
Puente Hills Ford review
I took my Lincoln MKZ in for service at Puente Hills Ford. I was strapped for cash and was only there for the $89 oil change but my bill came to $166. I questioned why the extra and was told they checked brakes and tried to rotate my tires but I stopped them as I have separate company tire service. I was upset. Also I needed to buy a $500 molding for the top trunk of my car. Eddie in Parts was helpful in refucing price and Ken Vasquez Dervice Manager promised me if I bought the part he would put it on for free He said it looked like a relativity simple job to “pop on”. I know he was trying to be helpful which I appreciated. I am a senior on a fixed income so I need to be careful when spending. But the molding needed to be put on so I charged it and was grateful for Ken’s offer to put it on no charge. It took almost two weeks for the part to arrive from Memphis. I received a call yesterday from Eddie in parts notifying me the $500 mpart just arrived. This was yesterday Dec 13. So i picked up the part and took it to Ken Vasquez, to follow up on his offer. I did not have an appointment, yet, Ken arranged for mechanic Bryan to put the part on free of charge. Given my dire financial circumstances, I was very appreciative. Ken was true to his word. He even made sure my car was washed. I am most grateful to both Ken Vasquez and Bryan for taking care of this for me. Ken was attuned to my financial distress and responded with grace, compassion and professalism. It is the holiday season. Both Ken Vasquez and Bryan responded to my vehicle needs in the most gracious and professional manner. For this, I am grateful. Thank you. Merry Christmas and Thank You!

Great service, vehicle had to stay there for a while due to recall, great loaner vehicle, always kept in the loop and updated on what’s going on. Nick from the service department was really helpful and professional.
