BMW of The WoodlandsReviews
BMW of The Woodlands review
My experience with BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. Because I live three hours away and could not make it down the weekend I originally planned, Nairobi kept me informed about the vehicle’s status without ever making me feel pressured. When I was finally able to make the trip, Nairobi, Steve, Malik, and Conner had everything ready and made the entire process easy and efficient. I felt genuinely valued, not like just another sale. The experience was absolutely worth the drive, and I would confidently recommend their team.

Gullo Toyota review
Purchased a used Prius from Joel and Phillip and my experience was excellent. If I had concerns or questions about my purchase they were expertly and promptly addressed. The finance department was thoughtful, courteous and took time to explain all my financing options. Worth the 250 mile drive to find the exact Prius I was looking for. Thank you to all departments for going the extra mile and making my experience easy and taking good care of me.

Only thing that we had a problem with was the communication on the interest rate and monthly payment, which should have took about 1 1/2 hours to complete instead of 4/5 hours.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The dealership and service area are immaculate. The employees are professional, polite and welcoming. I especially liked that I was given an estimated time my car would be finished without having to ask. The service was finished early which made me even happier.

BMW of Arlington review
I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!
