My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was in the market for an XJL. The one I was looking at sold before I could buy it. However Mark made me a great deal on a standard wheel base model. He was transparent, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision. He also went above and beyond to make sure that I knew he was available for whatever I needed even after I made the purchase. I wasn't treated any differently being that I wasn't there buying a $100k car. That definitely happens at other high end dealerships. Five stars all around for this establishment. Everyone was warm and inviting and my business was handled very promptly...I will be visiting Mark again once they get the right XJL in for me to trade!

I applied for financing through other dealers and the terms were not realistic for me. A Carvana truck was in neighborhood, that is how I learned about them. Impressed at their prices and inventory, I applied on Friday 13th, had my 2013 Cadillac ATS on Monday 16th. The best part is the financing terms are affordable. Thank you, Carvana! If you are looking to purchase a car, give Carvana serious consideration. The buying process was simple and very transparent. You will not regret it. Personally I think it is a very balanced car. Looks good, drives good and it has a good MPG. I feel alive whenever I corner the car or accelerate- it makes me smile every time. It is a 3 series... so it is a "bucket list" kind of car. The interior is good, a little bit small... the sets gets my back sweaty and hot on sunny days.. it is not very confortable for road trips I would say. However, for shorter trips or city driving I think it is more than adaquate. I love it. No regrets. The best part is that is a hybrid- a green car :)

I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Combine BMW's stellar driving punch with fuel economy and you get this! I addition to it being a fun sporty vehicle this car will change how you think of your usual fuel pump pit stops. I enjoyed driving this vehicle around town, it had enough torque to make it a zippy drive, in addition to being a very quiet cabin. The interior features look like any other 3 series sedan except for the "edrive" button, the exterior has special badging that makes others know your driving an "E" vehicle. The car comes with a charger that you can plug to any regular outlet for easy convenience at home. The 330e gives you complete liberty as to how you'd like the car to perform whether its strictly gas, electric power or a combination of both!

I've put 6500 miles on my 330e and love it. I am averaging 76 mpg. I've traveled 3900 of the 6500 miles in full electric mode according to the BMW app. I am only filling up with gas about once a month and have had one tank where I traveled 1000 miles before filling up. The car has pure BMW performance and handling when you want it in Sport and Sport + mode and full electric while in the city. My commute is about 7 miles each way so I use no gas at all for my commute. The car replaced a 2013 ActiveHybrid 3 and this is a huge improvement. The Sport Package with sport seats and Sport + settings is now standard and the steering, ride and handling are all improved over the 2013. I have made several 400 plus mile trips over mountain passes and have averaged 40 to 42 mpg on long highway trips. The torque of the electric motor is really noticeable in Sport mode with torque like a diesel with the rev range of a gas BMW. I would love a little longer battery range but it works for my commute and for trips to the airport I recharge there and make about 19 of the 21 miles in full electric. Around town I use the MAXeDrive mode with the EcoPro setting and the car has plenty of power for an urban setting. This car would not work as well for someone with a long commute but for me it is amazingly efficient. I wanted a car that cut my carbon footprint but was still fun to drive and this car is it. Seattle has greenhouse gas free electricity and I also have solar so I am feeling good about driving the 330e. 76 mpg is way beyond what I expected and I love the way the car drives and all the BMW features. This is the most fun I've ever had with a car with this combination of superb efficiency and performance.

Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Go to LONG BEACH BMW, Great service ( Scott Zamorano ) the mechanics on the shop are top of the line, i’ve visited the dealer a couple of times, i have no complaint about anything, not even the price, ( sometimes you take your car to “cheap” shops,) but i found out that most of the time it is way more cheaper to take the car to Long Beach BMW, i end up paying way more when i take my car to places where they practice mechanics with it, don’t take the risk, go for the best, LONG BEACH BMW. Thank you guys.

Outstanding experience from the initial phone call, to the front door greeting and every encounter throughout. The employees and staff were welcoming, friendly, informative and competent. We are from the SF Bay Area. We had a flat en route to a cruise departing from Long Beach. We called the 800# and were assured the 'run flat' tire would make it to the cruise port in Long Beach in time. It did. Once we returned from the cruise we called BMW roadside assistance who directed us to BMW Long Beach and these guys and gals were incredible. My wife and I would like to give special kudos to Sovann (who took our phone call and provided service above the call of duty) and Brian Woolverton, who walked us through every stage of the process with professionalism, personality, and compassion. In fact, we encountered about 7 seven employees that day and each of them were as warm, friendly and helpful as the first. It was like they were in a nice contest. In no time, after coffee and donuts, we were on the road back to the Bay with a new tire, freshly washed car and smiles on our faces saying to each other, "Now, that was outstanding customer service!" Great job you guys!

I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!

My journey to getting the perfect car for me began when I experienced respiratory symptoms in a new Audi A4 that my husband purchased when we planned to downsize to one car. By the end of one month, though, I knew I would not be able to keep the car because of some health problems it was creating with my respiratory system. I suspected that the problem was the type of leather Audi uses in their cars, as I have had the same issues with certain types of leather handbags. I visited Kuni to see if my suspicions were correct, as I had purchased several BMWs over the years (with leather or the leather-look SensaTec) and had not experienced problems in any of them. Jakob Lund searched and found a new 2017 330i X Drive that had SensaTec seats and was "just off the truck." I was able to take the car out overnight so I could observe whether or not the respiratory symptoms would show up...and they did not. Jacob took both the Audi and my '08 One Series in as trades, and I ordered the perfect car for me....just taking possession last week. I took the car on a road trip this past weekend and I am so pleased. It's fast, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and most importantly, does not cause me respiratory distress. The customer service at all levels at Kuni is excellent. They really do want you to be happy with your purchase, and they hire great people to make that happen at all levels. If I need another car in the future, I will be at Kuni again!

From the moment I walked into the snazzy BMW dealership, I sensed that a new car experience would be smooth sailing. As had I done too much research (drove and compared many cars!), I merely called the dealership and was connected with Lenny whose name I had found on a website. He had rave reviews!. He described the car that met my requirements. (FYI I had been to the dealership a couple of months before, however the sales person, did not keep in touch. I called him, once I made my decision, however, it was his day off.) Arriving the following morning, Lenny and I bonded as he showed me the car he had described, followed by the other available X1's for comparison. #1 was the winner! Lenny passed me on to the darling financial wizard, Dahl. She covered all the necessary docs in a smooth and efficient manner. It was then on to Daniel the Genius who toured me through the car's functions before my eyes glazed over! He actually came to my home to connect the car genie with my garage door! Now that's service!

My 435xi had a "chassis function restricted" warning and I went to BMW San Francisco to have it checked. Vincent Lam was my advisor. He's extremely helpful. The technicians not only diagnosed and fixed the original warning, but also fixed another problem with waste gate found during the courtesy check. Vincent also arranged a loaner vehicle that well fit my travel plan. I would definitely come back to BMW SF for future service.
