I had been searching for an Audi S3 in a specific color in my area. No local dealership in NC had the color I was looking for. I called Audi Columbia inquiring about an S3 on their lot that matched my color and options choice. A simple inquiry led to a full on negotiation and within 30 minutes we settled on a price AND they offered to bring me the car (230 miles away) at no cost the next day! Devin was polite, professional and pleasant. I paid below invoice and Devin brought me the car and signed the paperwork in my dining room. Great service, great price and they saved me a 7 hour round trip journey. I purchase many cars for myself and help others negotiate deals for theirs, Audi Columbia really went the extra mile to earn my business and loyalty. I’ve been a BMW driver for about 3 years now and have been to numerous BMW dealerships. In my experience, all BMW dealerships hold themselves to the highest standards, but somehow Sterling has set themselves far apart from their counterparts.
Whether it’s walking into service or the showroom everyone recognizes me and remembers my name from previous engagements. It makes me feel very welcome and part of a family of BMW aficionados. Everyone is super friendly and is genuinely interested in what you have to say, whether it’s just small talk or business.

I was a bit worried at 1st buying a vehicle from out of state but Evan was great to work with great communication and the vehicle turned out after inspection in Florida to be in great shape. Everything was just as Evan promised
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
Had my 328xi in for service just the other day and I just wanted to say that my experience could not have been any better! Special thanks to Adam O. & Tom A.- Service Manager. I will continue to keep my current and future business always with Towne!

Experience was more than I could ask for. Mike Boden was on point and a great partner in getting me into the car I wanted. The premises are very welcoming and the staff courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.
The entire experience exceeded my expectations at every level! The diagnosis and explanation were presented in a way that I understood exactly what was wrong with my car. Every single one of the staff members were professional, polite and respectful!
Since the first conversation, Keith was very helpful! Answering, all my questions, etc. When we got to the Dealership, he was Gentleman from the first handshake!
