I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

I bought my 2016 BMW 428i convertible sight unseen, except for pictures in the Fall, 2021. It had just under 29,000 miles. The seller was an old friend living in Atlanta. We didn’t haggle on price, she received more than a trade in offer, I paid less than a dealer sale. I also factored into my cost shipping to NJ, $650 plus a five year extended warranty, $3,300. I absolutely love the car. I’ve never owned a BMW and now I better understand owner loyalty. Handling is a dream and I’m always surprised at my speed, going 70 when I thought it was 50. Getting my 68 year old body in and out can be difficult, but it’s worth. I bought just as gas prices were going up, but I don’t drive as much as I used to. It did cost $70 to fill my tank. All in all I couldn’t be happier.

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.
