I traded a 2000 corvette in on my new 2008 corvette. I smelled gas when I left the dealership but figured it was a overfill kind of issue. Did not go away so after having the car checked on a lift we found the fuel tank had been leaking for awhile. That should have been obvious during the inspection process. I knew the car had a scratch on the drivers rear fender but found much more damage down low on rear quarter panel when we had it on the lift. Fuel issue is around $2000, and body damage was quoted at $1500. To $2000. To repair. I am not a happy customer. Jeffers

This is before I had even met him. He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
I debated Going to many different dealerships but this one was by far hands down the best. I dealt With Omar for my trade in & for the purchase of my new vehicle which he made such a smooth and easy process. I will definitely be recommending Omar & Tampa Mitsubishi to all.
Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.

Went to look a 2003 BMW 530i. It was Sunday and the dealership was closed but the car door was open so I was able to check it out. On the inside, the front seats suffered from what is known as 'twisted seat'. Otherwise the car seemed to be in okay shape but without the chance to test drive it, I could not tell for sure.
We purchased a truck for my son and the experience was very pleasant. We didn't feel pressured and everyone we dealt with was very kind to deal with and actually seemed to care about us. The truck is in very good shape and we felt like we got a fair deal. Overall, very pleased and would buy here again.
Like i said...Amazing place, really nice people, friendly and most important very very good deals. If you are trying to get a car i'm telling you this is the place right here and believe me you won't regret it.
