I loved the polite, caring, and friendly help from everyone there. I dreaded the thought of being followed around and hounded by someone trying to make a sale. Ozzy walked up, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and asked to just allow myself to walk the lot. He gave a few suggestions with my wants and left me too it. I could not believe he actually walked away and didn't follow close behind like some predator stalking its next victim. This car is very comfortable, has all the amenities and looks great; however, if anything needs repaired or serviced, most local shops are unable to do the work. Best option is going to a location that works with foreign and luxury vehicles on a regular basis.

What a pleasant experience. My first time financing a vehicle. When going to initially look at the vehicle, I discovered a few issues. Obviously no used car is going to be perfect, nor was I expecting it to be. They told me to come back the next day and the issues would be fixed. I came back and they did in fact fix the car. They are willing to and have went above and beyond.
