The vehicle I purchased was a great car at an honest price. My discussions with the sales rep was no pressure and straight forward. In a phrase, they are honest and customer driven. That is all that needs to be said for me to recommend them to any potential buyer.

This car is very comfortable, has all the amenities and looks great; however, if anything needs repaired or serviced, most local shops are unable to do the work. Best option is going to a location that works with foreign and luxury vehicles on a regular basis.

He always asked me for any questions I had and he always had answers for me. He did everything on both ends with not only making sure I got the car but making sure I got approved for a loan to be able to get it. I got the key within just a few weeks. Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. This is my third dealership visit; the past two were for oil changes. After this third major inspection, the 2011 Lexus LS 460L continues to check out as okay. All is well. Thank you Dan and Kim.
