This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how busy the dealership was. Surprisingly, there were only two salespeople working at the time, and David was one of them. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. 2000 BMW 740 review
It’s such a good car you can drive it forever leave it in the cold store it for months and you will never have an engine problem if you take care of it except some interior electrical problems just because of its age for example before mine was repaired the steering wheel and seat would move by themselves but overall very fast good gas milage on the highway very comfortable and a surprisingly big trunk overall 9 out of 10

One of the things I appreciated most was being able to order my car exactly to my personal specifications—it made the whole process feel tailored and worth the wait. Suvin was fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk me through different models, set up test drives, and was truly an encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to features and details. I never felt rushed and always felt well-informed in making my decision. When the car finally arrived, the experience didn’t disappoint—getting to take a picture with the big red bow made it even more special, especially since this was a birthday present to myself (and absolutely worth it!). Overall, a great dealership with a professional, knowledgeable team. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend BMW of Rockville.
