From my salesman Volkan to my test driver Anthony to Charles who drove me home and back and Glen who instructed me on my new 320 everything was done to precision. I was totally impressed by everyone and I suggest they all get a raise.
I was driving and the oil light came up on my car. I pulled over and seen that the car was dipping oil. I called BMW and they was able to take me on the spot and give me a loaner car so I can continue my day. They keep me updated and was to fix everything in one day. And my service guy was great.
Everything about our experience was on point. From the online customer service to our sales person Kelly, to the manger and financing dept. everyone was very friendly, Kelly was very responsive and took care of everything before we arrived to pick up the car. The man who showed me how to set up everything in the car was so nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this dealership.
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

Everyone at Wiz Autos was wonderful ... Tom went out of his way to show me an Acadia Denali that wasn???t even on the lot yet! When I fell in love with it he went above and beyond to make sure it was safety checked, detailed, and even replaced a few things to make the Acadia absolutely perfect and ready for me to pick up the next day!! Meir made paying for the car so easy!! From start to finish the paperwork process of buying the car took less than 15 minutes!!! This was by far the best buying experience I???ve had ...
