The presentation and information on the website were clear and truthful. Each time a staff member at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard walked by, they took the time to make you feel welcome and shared a story about the value of getting a car that you would be happy with. I didn't leave feeling hustled or overwhelmed. I left the store with my new vehicle and had tremendous peace of mind. Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

I've owned two Nissan Titans over the last roughly 12+ years and have always had them serviced here. Always a clear explanation of what was needed for service and never a hard sell. Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Staff is always friendly and professional and work is always top-notch. Also, for what it's worth, waiting area is always clean and comfortable and has a playroom for the kiddos!

Delivery went well- their Transport Coordinator, Matt, was equally on top of things. The only issue I had was a missing Owner's Manual, and they're working on finding me one now. I'd definitely recommend this dealership.
