I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. A little research on the vehicle I bought confirmed that I got a great deal, in my opinion. Pierre Ford of Lynwood was more than fair when it came to their financing and vehicle pricing. I want to give a shout-out to Carlos and Sergio, who helped me throughout the entire process. Well, this time was very odd visit?oil change and air filter change was scheduled and for this visit, was completed within an hour. Bragged to my service advisor on a good job they did. Paid my bill and left. Couple days later I get a call from same advisor that he had an air filter on his desk needing to be installed in my truck?because they never did it while in the shop! Although I paid for it and there was no mention or communication between team members or with me. So?had to take time off my work to come have that done (which cost me more money from burning vacation time) to have it installed. This is a little concerning that it took this long to figure out something didn?t get done when customer was charged for it and went away thinking it was done! At least the advisor was good enough to call and tell me and fixed the issue quickly when I arrived?.and at least I got ?sorry for that?.told to me. Not an ideal experience after being a loyal customer over 15 Yrs at least.
