I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. In today?s market with cars and car dealers, I know everyone hates going to the dealership when they?re about to purchase a new car, but I will say that my experience at BMW Las Vegas was not bad at all. I will also say that I didn?t necessarily need to buy a car in this vehicle. Purchase was honestly just for my play play Dad sports car when I initially went in I just wanted to test drive one of the 240?s they had in the inventory I had already done my research and I knew exactly what I wanted and the color that they had there I didn?t really like, but I just wanted to test drive the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable spending the amount of money on this vehicle considering this is my first BMW purchase. I went in and was immediately greeted by my cell person. Frederick and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I told him I was just looking and he took me for a test drive in the vehicle and I knew that they had a vehicle in transit in the color that I wanted and they weren?t sure when it would come in. Long story short I test drove the vehicle that they had in the inventory and then said when the specific color gets here, just let me know and maybe we can talk numbers. 40 minutes after I left the dealership it just so happened that the vehicle I was looking at came off the truck so I did my budget. I knew what I could afford and then I asked for numbers out the door, including taxes and we negotiated and I was able to get a really good deal on this vehicle. The entire time I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle and I do think I could?ve gotten a little bit more off of the vehicle in regards to the price, but overall, my experience was pleasant. I think it also helped that I already had a preapproval from my credit union so the deal was essentially a cash deal. Lastly, I said I didn?t want to be in the dealership all day the next day when I went to go pick up the vehicle and do the paperwork and I will say that I arrive to the dealership in two hours later I was leaving with the car and that?s record time for any dealership purchase I?ve ever made.
