Simon our dealer was excellent- informative- returned all calls and was very professional. His communication skills were top notch. The best thing was his transparency of costs and did not pressure us at all. Dan Pisaturo

Was driving in the area yesterday in the afternoon , hit a massive pothole and was stuck with a blown tire. I am not from the area and had never visited the dealer. The people in the service department could have not been nicer! They helped reach a tow company, got my vehicle into the shop , replaced my flat and back on the road within an hour! A+++ service . Could not be happier and will return for service when back in the area.

BMW of Warwick review
We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

BMW of Warwick review
I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the completion of the purchase , I was kept well informed, not rushed and very fairly treated. It is my first time buying a BMW and I'm sure not my last. Buying a new car can be a daunting experience so having trust in the people you deal with is of paramount importance. This purchase exceeded my expectations! Thank you to Vito, Gina and the folks at the dealership. Sincerely, Ed K.

I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.

BMW of Shrewsbury review
I used to live within 15 minutes of the Shrewsbury dealership and incorrectly assumed that all BMW shops were the same. After moving out of the area, I quickly learned that I was incorrect. Nobody answers the phone at the dealership near me. Even if you know your party's extension number, you go straight to voicemail. I've never been sent to voicemail with Shrewsbury. I was having a problem with one of my windshield wipers and called Shrewsbury. They put me on a brief hold to make sure they had the proper replacement blades. Then, they told me I could come in anytime. When I arrived, I was seen immediately. The customer service is top notch. I will now drive 2 hours out of my way to visit Shrewsbury BMW.

BMW of Norwood review
I visited BMW of Norwood to have my car serviced. I was left speechless with the professionalism and respect I received. I have been to four other BWW dealerships for service in the past. They by far beat all my expectations. I will go back to the dealership again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much

The service here is what really makes the difference. You can tell when a team genuinely cares about the experience they’re creating for people, and that definitely came through here. The service was seamless, the communication was great, and the people made it even better. A really refreshing experience. Special mention to Yvonne, Cody, Michael and Vince!
