Used BMW X1 for sale near Fort Mill, SC

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

Cam and Grey were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership from the front door , to finance department were very kind and helpful. It was a smooth transaction and they helped me find an awesome SAV!!!

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

A service... They were willing to work with my availability and help me with the process of buying a car out of town. They had the best price within a 250 mile radius. Doug was very nice and communicated well via phone, email, and text.

Awesome, solid well built suv. Good milage, great performance. A solid, reliable safe vehicle. By BMW recertified. Best vehicle I have ever owned. I would buy one again. I also own an Audi and Toyota.

They were great but, unfortunately, the car did not have all the options I was looking for.

Original owner, beautiful Estoril Blue color on 2016 Msport Xdrive X1. So beautiful, just like looking at it and/but rarely drive it. Ni 2013 models catch my eye in BMW or any other brand

This was my third purchase. I intentionally return for the excellent customer service, sales experience and service. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, and the coffee is delicious! I appreciate the refreshments with several healthy options. Kudos to Stephen Ha for providing an excellent buying experience. And P.J. Calle, Customer Experience Manager is phenomenal. She made my husband and I feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door and she continued to check on us. I enjoyed watching her share her positivity with all the staff. Her attitude and professionalism encourages everyone to have a good day.

My salesman was excellent. When i went to the dealership pretty much knew what I wanted, but the car had to be ordered from Germany, a three month process. Carl kept me informed as things progressed and most importantly was very helpful at delivery keeping the closing process as short as possible. Carl's follow up was as good as i have ever experienced and was very helpful with any questions i had and always got back to me when i texted him . My only suggestion for the dealership is a little more time be provided the buyer regarding options for insurance for things such as tire and wheel damage which i would have purchased, but the only time to consider was in the middle of closing countless documents.

I recently took my BMW 430i to Hendrick BMW Northlake for service. As always, it was a wonderful experience. From the easy check-in and explanation of services to the professionalism of the video inspection- it was all first class! This is the second time Jeff Day has been my service advisor and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He takes the time to explain all options and doesn’t try to sell me on additional services I don’t yet need. He made sure I was in and out within the quoted timeframe and that I was kept informed along the way. A bonus - they have a super comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water, snacks, etc. I will never have my BMW serviced anywhere else!

Very accessible and open. Although the car I originally was interested in was ultimately not sellable, staff was open and forthright. Thanks for the straightforward approach!

The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.

Ask for Tony. Polite and courteous through out the buying process. Lots to choose from. No pressure sales.

The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

Stephanie was awesome. She very detailed, she explained all the repairs detailed and help me understand my vehicle. She always go out of her way to support me over the years.

Been looking for a newer Tacoma to replace my old truck. Didn’t want to go new as that’s a ripoff. Saw that BMW on South Blvd had one. Went in and was greeted by the ladies upfront who matched me with Zak. He was very helpful and willing to find out the answers to any questions I might have. Wound up working out a deal with him and buying the truck. Would buy from him again in the future.

I work up town and needed a smaller car to make commuting a little easier. Have always been interested in BMWs but never found anything that was a good fit. This time things were different. I stopped by on a whim and met Zach out on the lot. He was very keen to help and gave me some great suggestions. Wound up going with an X1 and so far couldn’t be happier.

Vehicle was ready as promised. Service personnel were very friendly. This was just a warranty recall. I will used this dealership again when necessary. I have nothing else to say other than praise.

Came here to look at electric cars. Was not disappointed with service I received from Zack and the crew at south blvd. Wound up with a beautiful i5. Me and the wife are very excited to see how things go with the change to electric.

I reached out to many dealerships in regards to a particular vehicle I was looking for. Some dealers don’t respond at all to emails or even calls made. Some of the particular filters were set that didn’t align with what I searched. Philip Allen at Hendricks BMW responded, verified immediately as to what he had. A deal was struck and I flew out and made the purchase. He picked me up at the airport in the vehicle and after a short drive back, paperwork was executed and I was on my way. A very seamless experience that I highly recommend!
