I recently brought my BMW X5 into BMW of Arlington to have the side mirror casings replaced, and once again, Sovann Vun exceeded my expectations. Not only was she able to get me scheduled quickly, but she also ensured everything was completed in an incredibly efficient timeframe. From replacing both side mirror casings to having my vehicle hand washed, the entire visit took only about an hour and a half. Sovann was professional, attentive, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. It?s rare to find a service advisor who consistently delivers this level of customer care, but Sovann does exactly that every time I visit BMW of Arlington.
