I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

My Transmission was acting funny and the Check Engine Light was on, so not trusting any other unknown Transmission Shops, I made an Appointment with Ed in Service. He checked it out and apparently Rodents had Dinner with some wiring, LOL They replaced all the damaged wiring and now everything is functioning normally. Thanks Ed and your Technician for efforts.

The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. Raymond did an excellent job on the repairs. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Everything was handled thoroughly and with attention to detail. Car repairs can be stressful, but both Drew and Raymond made the experience much smoother.
