I have used the 2019 BMW X3 for over a year now, as my third BMW, the other two being the 3 series sedan, with just one problem; Fuel pump failure, though due to my negligence. I now understand that the BMW cannot be operated without sufficient Fuel.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

I had nothing but a great experience with Audi Henderson. When I came in Roy greeted me and was very friendly. He helped me with purchasing my new Audi and never pressured once.

Mr Kenneth Simms was the best Salesmen. I didn't want all that normal Salesmen fluff. I wanted a car for my retired Mom who's car was recently totaled and I wanted it quick. I did my research, called with the exact car and my specs, and he LISTENED. He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable and above all accomodated our needs. Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! We made an appt, fell in love with the newer MX-5 and actually at the same time purchased a CX-50 Turbo for me and I love it! I have never in my life written a positive review for a car dealership but Mazda North has been beyond amazing. All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.
