For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

Toy BarnReviews
Toy Barn review
I had such a wonderful experience working with Amelia at Toy Barn! My entire transaction was handled online, and Amelia made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. Although she is fairly new, you would never know it based on how attentive, patient, and helpful she was throughout the entire process. She was always kind, responsive, and willing to answer all of my questions. Purchasing a vehicle online can definitely feel a little nerve-racking, especially when you aren’t able to be there in person, but Amelia made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. What stood out most was her patience and genuine willingness to help. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her communication and customer service were excellent, and she truly went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. Amelia is a wonderful addition to the Toy Barn team, and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you, Amelia, for making my online car-buying experience so easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Toy Barn, whether in person or from a distance!
2019 BMW X3 review
I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Basil ToyotaReviews
Basil Toyota review
Dave Hoffman, Ryan Hunter, Matt Vetter, Jamie Branch and everyone here ALWAYS treats me like I am the ONLY one that matters. It feels more like a family than a dealership. Everytime I go in for service with either Toyota I own, I always leave feeling better than when I came in, (which is usually just the opposite from most service departments I have been to). From Ryan Hunter managing the exceptional sales department to Dave Hoffman and his Elite service team, I feel VALUED. Thank you all at Basil Toyota!

Mercedes-Benz of PlanoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Plano review
Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano! We had an amazing experience working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Our experience started on a Saturday, about 30 minutes before closing time. We were walking around the parking lot, looking at vehicles, when Serge was parking a car. Even though it was extremely hot outside and the dealership was about to close, he greeted us warmly and offered to help. We immediately appreciated his approach, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Serge was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind while answering all our questions and explaining every detail. His genuine desire to help made a great impression on us, and we knew we wanted to work with him. He gave us his card, and on Monday we reached out to him with exactly what we were looking for. Serge was already prepared and had two vehicles waiting for us to see. After looking at them, I chose one, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel simple and exciting. Alex Rosas was also wonderful. He helped us with all the additional paperwork, explained the warranty options clearly, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before completing the purchase. Serge and Alex truly went above and beyond to make this a fantastic car-buying experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication are exactly what you hope to find when purchasing a vehicle. If you are looking for a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas. They are both exceptional, and we are grateful for the wonderful experience they provided!

Nissan of Gilroy review
I had a really great experience at Nissan of Gilroy and wanted to share! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful, no pressure, no hassle. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire process, from browsing to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and straightforward. What really stood out was how transparent and respectful they were throughout the experience. It didn’t feel like a typical car buying situation, it felt like they actually cared about helping me find the right fit. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Nissan of Gilroy to anyone looking for a positive, stress free car buying experience. Thanks again to the team for making it such an easy and enjoyable process!

ADI Autosport review
Even though I did not purchase the Golf R from ADI, they had a great selection of used luxury vehicles. They have the resources to inspect and repair vehicles and make sure you are getting a reliable and great priced vehicle. They were low pressure, and they seemed to have many financing options. Even though they are tightly packed car inventory on their property, dont let that deceive you. Just tell them what you expect and I am sure they will work with you to give you the best deal. Just ask for Caleb or Zahraa.

The dealership was easy to access with the directions I received from my Dante. I was able to see the car that was online and test drive it. Dante was very professional working with me. My intention was to look at the 2019, White manual GLI. I love the car. I plan on returning after I take care of my personal health situations. Gloria Hudson

They seem like the tryp of dealership that you would want to work with in purchasing a vehicle.

Andrian is so patient and willing to listen to customer! Honda should give this man a raise!!!

Kendall Volkswagen of BendReviews
Kendall Volkswagen of Bend review
Just had a terrific experience recently at Kendall Volkswagen in Bend, OR. The Sales Executive, Zac Wright, was top notch. The Sales Manager, Eric Kelley, was proactive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The GM, Deen Hydes, made sure the entire team worked through the processes efficiently and supported what I needed to get a deal done. The result: we drove off the lot in a beautiful, 2025 Tiguan RES-R-Line. Highly recommend the team at Kendall Volkswagen in Bend!
2019 BMW X3 review
The X3 m40i is the best family vehicle. Got a decent deal from CarMax on a lightly used 2019 x3 m40i. The hk sound system sounds terrible unless you figure out how to turn off the exhaust sound that comes through the speakers (leaves little bass balance left for the music), but luckily there are a few tricks (check forums). The vehicle is a blast to drive, yet can carry the whole family and luggage anywhere. I had a few e36 m3's a while back and repairs were reasonable and easy to do a lot of stuff independently, so repair costs (only needed brakes, tires and oil in the past 30k miles) on the new BMWs did come as a bit of a shock, but being proactive helps. The vehicle has been super reliable with no mechanical issues.

We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. The paperwork process with Ryan went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with my experience with this dealership.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. They were focused and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. Howie was helpful rather than pushing a sale. The entire process was quick and smooth, transparent. The car was exactly as advertised, and the team made sure I understood every detail before driving off. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress‑free, honest buying experience.

Sewell BMW of GrapevineReviews
Sewell BMW of Grapevine review
Sewell BMW of Grapevine performed like a well oiled machine. My salesman, Harrison Redden, was absolutely great!! He made the whole car buying process smooth and not dreaded. Harrison was only helpful the whole way through (NOT PUSHY NOR ANNOYING), only helpful in helping me settle on the features, colors, style, etc. and then finding that car for me. Also, Joe Long was so patient and good at explaining all the technology in my new BMW. Thank you guys!!!
