Richard my service advisor was very helpful, professional and attentive to my vehicles needs, never was rude or pushy, explained the problem and allowed me to make my own decisions. He is definitely a great asset to BMW of Escondido and anywhere he may work. KUDOS to Richard C. Thank you, Rocio

I recommend to do business with Harris Fecher. He's an advisor for BMW of Escondido and always goes the distance to provide excellent customer service. I've had him for 5+ years and he's always been great! Thank you BMW of Escondido and Harris Fecher!

I had a great experience purchasing my new 330i at BMW Carlsbad. Tamara was incredibly helpful and friendly. She also reached out multiple times after to see if I needed anything and to make sure I was happy with my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership and I absolutely love my car!

BMW of Carlsbad review
I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

BMW of Escondido review
I needed new tires and brakes on my 2014 BMW 535d; and service advisor, Michel Duplessis, was able to guide me through the process in a price efficient manor. He always looks after his customers.
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

CarMax West Sahara review
Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.
