Great experience. Steve, our Salesman and David the Sales Manager were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the only negative was the length of time the whole process took waiting on the Finance Manager. It took over an hour to see her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable once we saw her and in her defense, I felt like it was a factory BMW glitch as it took most of our waiting time to finally receive a questionnaire on my phone to answer just a few short questions about how we planned to take care of the car. Again in her defense, most of it was caused by the ridiculous amount of paperwork required to purchase a car. We spent less time in a bank buying a house. It would have also been nice to be introduced to the Service Manager and Parts Manager with a quick tour of the Service Dept. We don?t even know where the Service and Parts Depts. are located. All in all, it was a very positive and nice experience in a lovely dealership. We would give our recommendation to others to purchase a vehicle there.

After visiting a different dealership, I’d already determined the likely vehicle I wanted and had made an appointment to meet with Sales Advisor Adrian to see/learn more about the car and make the purchase. Adrian was engaging, quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and dealership services, non-pressuring, patient with questions, exceedingly thorough and helpful overall. He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. Post-purchase, I was equally impressed with Encore Delivery Specialist Joseph who provided my son and I an extensive overview and explanation of the vehicle’s specific and many great features. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. I highly recommend this dealership, appreciate their informative and reassuring approach to vehicle purchases, and thank Adrian and Joseph in particular for being supportive with very helpful information. The sales person {Chris Lowery} was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Also we worked with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist who explained all the bells and whistles in the vehicle. We were very happy with all the members of the Subaru team. As for the dealerships building there should be individual cubbies to give some privacy when giving your information to the sales person. Otherwise everything was great!

When I called about service for my 2018 Subaru I was surprised to get an appointment for within 48hours. Ryan Raub explained the multipoint inspection and gave me an appointment for the same or next afternoon. One thing out of his control was the slightly longer wait time due to an employee luncheon ( which I think is great for everyone). When my car was ready he explained the areas that needed attention and sent me a video from the technician explaining his findings. I was again given another appointment in a timely fashion to have the work done. I am well pleased with Ryan and Subaru at southpoint.
