First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.
The best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. I've heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!
The service from Nick starting from the time I walked into the dealership was outstanding. He is wicked smart about BMWs and explained everything in a professional manner. I will definitely purchase my next car from him.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.

BMW vehicles speak for themselves. But the difference is the outstanding facility and staff at the North Haven location. When I talk with other BMW owners they do not get the same treatment at other locations.

I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. Staff here are friendly and polite. Quick email response. Every one seems very professional and always ready to help. I tested drive the X5 and ended up buying one. Ed is patient and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for my next bmw.

Wish there were more care parts for me to choose from so I could customize my ride and get personalized service. for future reference I would love some bucket seats to be there
