My experience start to finish was nothing short of excellent. I live in Wyoming and saw a car I’d been searching for for many months. I was a little hesitant to buy at a distance sight unseen but from the first call I received nothing but transparency and honesty. I requested some up close photos and video walk around. I got that shortly after my request, and in amazing detail! Mike was honest and forthright and answered all my questions with patience and respect. I’ve never bought a car at a distance before but I can say that I am extremely pleased with my new car. It was well described, and honestly arrived in better than I expected. It is a used car but the quality and attention to detail shows better in person than did in the photos! I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. The people over there were really good with emails and phone calls the only bad thing we had problems with because of the big snow storms we had in the East Coast so everything that like buried in so they never got the chance of starting up the car to see how it sounds but I was quoting the mix between that car and another car and everything else so by the time I got back to them it was already sold but anyway they said there was something that I was looking for and everything else I can always contact them and they'll go find it for me
