We bought our 2008 535i series BMW in November of 2007. Needless to say, I was in experiencing a really dark period in my life and was not interested in buying a new car. But we needed one so I went along. Well, Scott picked up on what I was going through and basically took me by the hand and gently lead us through the process. Scott gave us a great deal and we have been friends that talk maybe once a year or less but he always remembers me and that dark day that should have been a wonderful day of not only buying a new car but buying my first BMW. Scott is always sweet and helpful whenever I just need a dumb question answered and ALWAYS returns my calls. My daughter and son-in-law needed a car and I sent them to Scott and he treated them the same as he did me. Now it is 2018 and I still talk with Scott whenever and he is always happy to talk and catch up. Thank you Scott when I needed a friend in a dark time in my life!!! Love my car!!!!
My husband and I recently purchased a previously owned 328i in the Bay Area from one of the BMW dealerships. We decided to move service to Stevens Creek BMW due to in adequate service at another dealership. I was lucky enough to get helped by Ricardo who is amazing. He went above and beyond evaluating and determining the exact status of this car we recently purchased. Through his attention to detail and just overall high level of customer service, he discovered a few repair issues that were over looked prior to purchase. He worked extensively with our extended coverage we purchased to have an inspector come to location and approve the repairs to be done. We are really grateful and now feel we safe and that our carnis in great running condition. Especially since our son will be driving it a lot as well. I’ recommend Ricardo and Stevens Creek BMW any day of the week!
I was looking for a Porsche Cayman. Found one on Cars.com. Porsche Scottsdale reached out to me promptly. Although I ultimately found a vehicule at another location, if I lived in the Scottsdale area, I'd definitely use Porsche Scottsdale.

My Service adviser, Zuhaib Makda did an awesome job on my car, he always gives good advice which is quite useful besides being economical, if you ever want to repair or fix your bmw at classic, just go there and ask for ZUHAIB MAKDA, and I assure you , you will not walk out dissappointed.

This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. Have you ever written a glowing review for a dealer you DIDN'T buy a car from? No? Me neither, until now. Here's the context: Found the car I'd been searching for at the Toy Barn, called them up, and spoke to Kea and Craig. They provided outstanding customer service; answering every question I asked, completing and forwarding paperwork, photos, video, and service records, setting up financing, and arranging delivery and titling logistics. IN TWO DAYS. And if that wasn't enough, they did it for a customer who lives 500 miles away, sight unseen. The one and only reason I didn't purchase their (extremely well priced, well serviced, and gorgeous) Aston Martin V8 Vantage was another one appearing with a hard-to-find option about 300 miles closer to my location. When I'm ready to trade this car in, there's only dealership I'm going to. Thanks again to Kea, Craig, and the rest of the crew! I'll see you in 2020...

A big thank you to Peter Christianson and Taylor BMW for hosting us at the polo matches in Aiken… our experience purchasing a vehicle that Taylor was outstanding. Peter and the entire staff at Taylor BMW are True professionals. The relationship with their clients continues long after you walk out the door. Last week we were invited to spend a wonderful afternoon at the polo matches in Aiken South Carolina. My wife and I truly appreciate the extra effort that is always exhibited when we visit the dealership be at for service or any other issue .
I have a great sales person, the best in our area by far. Back that up with a great service person, and you get a winning combination.
It's easy for me to recommend Daytona Dodge/Ram, and as a past Post Commander of the VFW, American Legion, and Amvets, I do every time the subject of autos and trucks come up.
My son found a car for me on the Rockville BMW website. I called and talked to Kevin who was very helpful, fair and knowledable. My son and I drove from Richmond VA to test drive the car. I ended up buying it and Kevin worked with me to allow an independent mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I was able to drive it home that day! James was also fantastic and made the process very easy. Kevin followed up that evening to make sure we got home okay. I LOVE my new car!! (Any chance I can get a BMW t-shirt size large for my son for helping me find the car and driving 4hrs RT?? And for filling out this survey a second time since the first one didn't go through? 😊)
Marcio made getting my new 530i BMW as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted (many don???t) and did not use the usual car ???salesy??? pitches (which I hate). My lease for my current BMW was almost over and I wasn???t sure I wanted another. I went to Porsche, Audi, Mercedes, Alpha Romeo and Mazaratti. I wanted a more luxurious sedan than the 528i. The new 530i is very much an upgrade! I have been dealing with Braman for many years with my BMW, my husbands Porsche and my kids Mini Cooper. Service is always terrific, they always make me feel like they remember me (especially the head service guy), give me a loaner and give me back a clean (car washed) car. So if you want a company that takes good care if their clients (especially repeat ones), choose a Braman brand and if it???s a BMW definitely ask for Marcio! BTW one of the managers Kellan was also a pleasure to work with. All around good experience.
