BMW MINI of Shawnee Mission review
Outstanding service with very knowledgeable service advisor, Stephen. He provided appropriate updates all through the repair. Good car wash and clean up of interior, too. I return to Baron because of the expertise of the service department.

This is an excellent BMW dealership and maintenance facility?. Staff are excellent and the service techs and maintenance technicians are superb. My wife and I have had great experiences when we purchased her new care this year to them taking great care of my X6 M50I when it needs maintenance or is due for service. Both the Maintenance technicians and Maintenance techs keep you well informed as your vehicle goes through a service.

I own an older model X3 and still running great. Baron BMW service advisors are honest and don?t charge for unneccessary repairs. They point out things that need to be addressed and rate their importance. I like that. They show me videos of everything and explain them to me so i understand. It?s a great trusting place to service my X3.

thank you for a very positive car buying experience. Both Becky and Colton were very responsive to my online inquiry. Colton and I hammered out the details long distance by phone and text. By the time I drove from Kansas City, all the paperwork was complete completed. After a short visit with Colton, he turned me over to Ben. Then was also very professional and helped complete the backside of the purchase. By the way, my wife loves the car! It’s too bad. I won’t get to drive it. Thank you to the whole team.

Great people to deal with! They treated us fairly and honestly during our transaction. They were very transparent and up front about everything, and listened to our needs and concerns.

We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.
