Wow! Can't remember having a car buying experience like this before! Carl and Jay in sales spent lots of "no pressure" time showing me the new 2026 cars and working up a "no hassle" deal that was easily acceptable. David clearly explained the low interest financing and maintenance plans. Joseph spent a good amount of time showing me all the car's new electrical features. He even went to the trouble of stopping by my house to program the garage door opener to my car!! I met with Ryan D. in the service department where he has given expert advice on maintenance with my previous car and I look forward to working with him again. The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
