He helped to make the purchase process go very smoothly. Post-purchase, I was equally impressed with Encore Delivery Specialist Joseph who provided my son and I an extensive overview and explanation of the vehicle’s specific and many great features. This was an enormous help! Joseph was very patient with any/all questions. As for the dealerships building there should be individual cubbies to give some privacy when giving your information to the sales person. Otherwise everything was great!

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
