I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service!
