My EV had what I labeled a 'melt down' and completely died during an upgrade. I called to have it towed and was unable to get the car in neutral. I called the dealership and was lucky enough to get Tiffany on the phone. She went above and beyond to reach out to various folks on hand to help us out. We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.
